Liberty Wireless ripoff I ordered two phones, one came and the other didn't. Largo Internet

I too have been ripped off. I ordered two phones, one came and the other didn't. I called, they said send it back and I would get credit for it. Fine, did that.

In the meantime, I ordered another set, but different kind. I received the phones. One couldn't be charged, the other worked for a day, then nothing. So I called back and tried to talk to the woman and she couldn't understand. (Maybe they can, but are supposed to act dumb) So I talk to a guy in accounting, right.
He said send them back and they will refund the whole thing.$245.00 due me.

I waited a month and no credit. I went to a site where like this one, it had complaints on it. I found one that gave a link to the Better Business Bureau. LW has a bad rating there. But it did give the phone numbers of InPhonics, so I called it. I talked to someone without an accent and she transferred me to the President's secretary. Right away she took care of it and I had the refund in my bank in just a few hours. She was supposed to cancel my service, as they were still charging me.

Guess what I found on my bank statement (online)? Yep, another charge, but it is larger than what the monthly fee was. Want to take a guess of whom I will be calling first thing this morning? The President's secretary. She was very nice and if you want to complain to them, go to the BBB and get the number. That way, I won't be the one that gave it to you. Good luck. Sometimes lessons are learned the hard way.
