I just dont't understand. On their website, they give you a choice of how you wish to pay. Since I don't give out my credit card information, I decided to do it through Western Union/ Swift Pay.

I go through the whole process and send them the requested amount, and they SWEAR they havent recieved my payment. I ordered a phone on the 10th of SEPTEMBER, paid on the 13th of SEPTEMBER..... it is now the 19th of OCTOBER and NO progress has been made.

They told me to Fax them proof of purchase, but the fax number in the e-mail does not work. My informaion comes back with an error attatched to it. Something is wrong and NOTHING is being doine about it.

SOMETHING needs to be done about Liberty Wireless. I either want what I ordered, or I want my money back. But right now, it seems that I won't get either.

If you can help it, DONT use Liberty Wireless!! They'll make your life a living hell.
