I have NEVER driven my vehicle in Colorado EVER and never take toll roads anyway. I received some scam-looking bill in the mail that says I owe $1.45 for a toll. There is NO PHOTO of me and my vehicle - which I assume would be part of a normal procedure for a real toll company.

I now have to waste time sending a reply back and notifying the authorities over this scam.
