Lid Flippers LLC is a 6 year old company with an excellent reputation and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and has NEVER had a negative review from a customer. This is the only complaint online.

This report is by a salesperson, Joshua Keith Sutton, who you can google and find his multiple arrest records for everything from public intoxication to domestic assault. He is now on 8 years probation and has violated the terms of the probation more times than anyone can count and is VERY lucky not to be serving a prison term by now. He has repeatedly violated no contact orders to me and to his ex-girlfriend, who also works for my company. He was ultimately fired for breach of contract for selling for another company behind my back and violating his Non-compete Clause.

This, however, was just the last straw with this guy. A big reason a lot of his jobs were behind was because he turned in several contracts with NOTHING but a signature on them. No scope of work, no numbers, no dates, no nothing! That's why his work was pushed back. He was paid everything he had coming for which we had been paid. The jobs he was not paid for were because the jobs were not final at the time he was fired. Here is a list of the fireable offenses he committed that I either found out about too late or let him slide on because we (my wife and I) were hoping to help him turn his life around. He is a raging alcoholic and it affects everything in his life, including his work. So here's the list:

• Urinating on the side of a potential customer's home
• Continuously driving intoxicated both on and off the job
• Unprofessional behavior in the backseat of his vehicle with one of his girlfriends while company magnets were on his vehicle, once parked at a gas station and once parked IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE.
• Multiple times he ended up parked overnight, sleeping in his SUV IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE because he was too drunk to finish driving across town to where he lives.
• Failure to ever fill out documents properly which caused delays in his jobs.
• Shoplifted while driving with company magnets on his vehicle. Helped himself to energy drinks in the aisles at Walmart, so I've been told.
• Driving as an Uber driver instead of going to preset appointments and asking others in the company to cover for him while either Ubering or sleeping or just not feeling like going. Also driving while intoxicated with open containers AS AN UBER DRIVER!
• Doing side jobs and stealing from the company by not running jobs through the company.
• So many other things, I can't remember

Since he was fired, he has harrassed me, his ex-girlfriend, his sales manager and threatened to ruin our company. He has bad-mouthed the company in the area and is in danger of being sued for slander. He has an extensive criminal record and is a habitual liar.

I even gave this guy a large advance on commissions that he didn't even have coming yet so he could pay his attorney THAT DAY to keep him from having to go to jail because I cared about him and was trying hard to help him turn his life around. I have now given up on that ever happening. He would take draws on commissions and be broke the next day because he blew it all at the bar or the casino. My wife and I tried so hard to help him stop drinking, stop gambling and stop womanizing and it has not changed his behavior one bit.

Finally, just a couple weeks ago, he was in an accident where he rear ended someone in his SUV because he drives distracted constantly and under the influence. He also violated his no contact order by sending me a picture of himself posed completely nude and showing off his stuff. He swore he meant to send it to some girl, which also shows his true character as he is still married to baby mama number 1 and begging baby mama number two to marry him AND begging girlfriend to marry him within the same hour. The guy is a complete mess. I told him to remove this review and he hasn't so I am following up on my promise to let everyone know who he really is. All of this is verifiable, especially his criminal record. Oh, and he recently asked one of my salespeople if they thought I would take him back because he found out the grass was not greener on the other side. Thank you for reading my side of this story!
