Life Cell skin care they debited money from my acct 189.00 internet

i ordered a free trial of wrinkle cream and paid 4.95 s/h. if i didnt like product they said to call and cancel before 30 days was up. i knew within a week that i was allergic to this cream- so i called and told them i was allergic and i was going to give it to a friend to try and if she liked it she would order- they assured me i would not be charged again- 6 weeks later i am due to get my kids 330.00 ssi check and i call to check my bank balance- it was 189.00 short

so i went on line to see why and it was a life cell debit-- they have charged me-  189.00- i called life cell and they were rude and said well you didnt send it back when you cancelled-  " if u have it send it and we will give refund and thats that" i asked why I was not told that when i cancelled- she didnt know why but i was not getting a refund. she then sent a email with a link to a site to see what i had ordered- (i went and it was not the ad i replied to for free trial- it was a 30 day guarantee
