I ordered the free trial natural sleep aid, with the cost of s&h. My credit card was immediately charged $4.95. Shortly thereafter my account was charged $84.95. I'm not sure why since I didn't order anything else. I chose not to use the product and returned it via UPS.
My account was credited $59.40. I called the compnay and was told that I was being charged $24.55 for restocking. Basically I was charged to put a product back on the shelf. The company made a profit of $29.50 for absolutely nothing. Not to mention the cost of returning the product.
I will never use this company again and would seriously advise other people never to believe anything that says "free trial"!
