Life Safer Rip me off Fairfield Connecticut

So I got this device installed a week and a half ago and have already had to get it calibrated 3 times which costs $50 each time. I call the company to get it removed and switch companies because other companies device are much easier to use and are fool proof and they told me I have to pay $150 to remove it. The device works every single time I turn the car on but every time I have to blow while driving or parked it takes like 5 times to recognize it and then goes into lockout. The other company I want d to switch to told me, "if you can breathe, you can use this". That is definitely not the case with my current company and they still won't wave the fee so I either have to pay $150 to remove it or $50 pretty much every 3 days because once it goes into lockout it gives you 3 days to have it calibrated before your car just doesn't turn on anymore. Bullsh*.
