The line is "30 DAY TRIAL" and they state you will NOT PAY ANY MONEY DOWN.   Note, they do NOT say "free trial" and that is the catch. 

They state you can try this miracle product for 30 days and you only have to pay the shipping charge of $4.25.  This sounds reasonable to try a product for 30 days to see if you want to continue it even at the price.  The terms state IF you decide to "continue" the product after the 30 days "TRIAL" you will only be charged

$149.00 instead of the $189.00 which is the "value" they claim for each tube.  They assure you you will only be charged "per tube" and not "per month" so you can control how often you need to reorder.  Sounds good?

Problem is, immediately, they PLACE A HOLD ON YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD FOR $189.00!!!  When confronted they said they "have to assure you will pay for the product" if you don't send it back within 30 days.  Note, it is send it back WITHIN 30 days (from the date you order to the date they receive it back). 

They claim it is not a charge, it is a "hold" but you tell me, consumers, how many of you have sent this product back within the 30 days and received your refund?  Not gonna happen I betcha!   How much has to be left in the tube to be sure they don't claim you used more than your 30 days worth?  

Nowhere do they warn that they will place this hold on your card and nowhere do they tell you that they will charge you $189 if you do order.  I for one would not even have bothered with a "trial" of 30 days if I knew it would cost $189.00 for 2-3 months of skin care.  The $149 was a strecth, even for a miracle.

This is a "bait and switch" in my opinion and very unscrupulous.
