LifeKey HealthCare Deceptive business practices. Ripoff! Blue Ash Ohio

First off everyone reading this should contact the Ohio Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General to file an online complaint. They are both easy to find on the net. My story is like all the others. If you don't want to read it all, heed my warning JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS

I initially called the company to ask some questions about the 30 free sample. I was told that i could order a free 30 sample and I would to cancel it anytime before the 30th day there after. I went online and placed the order for free sample of product and i was only to pay shipping. The website is extremely misleading as it pertains to "new customer". I didn't beleive that ordering a free sample made you a new customer and nowhere on the website was such an action implied, thus enrolling you into the automatic shipment/payment process. besides the fact that the custumer rep. i spoke with outright lied to me, the information given on the website leads one to beleive that you have 25, if not 30 days to cancel your order. I called today (11/13) 21 days after the initial order i was told the order already shipped and i was not entitled to any refund. When i called the company they told me i could not return it due to the fact that it is a pill or something to that effect.

If this company was at all concerned about good business practices it would add a few more sentences to its website explaining that ordering the free sample automatically enrolls you into the automatic shipping/payment plan. It would only take 5 minutes. I looked for such a statement every step of the way and could not find one. Its obvious that this company does not care about customer service and is in the business of deceptive practices to make a buck. Overall this deplorable company is an insult to legimate business in Ohio and across the US. I will do my best to get the word out to all i encounter about this unscrupulous sham of a company.
