Heard about this company via TV ads. Ad said to call for free sample. Did not say that by getting the free sample you automatically join - but that is what happens - which makes no sense because a sample is so you can decide if you want to purchase something.
The website representing the product I purchased indicated that the credit card number was needed for shipping and handling - I didn't see a clear statement regarding the fact that I was signing up for a lifetime of charges for something I do not want and did not have the opportunity to SAMPLE!
This company scams innocent people looking for something to help them. When you call to cancel they give you a website - you cannot cancel by phone. Have tried the cancellation website - so far it does not exist - will try it with dots in different places and see if it works.

Please take the advice and cancel your credit card!!! If you do this they can not do anything. They will not even take another step - because there is some many people out there just like you - believe me! I worked in data entry and quality control and there is so many issues. If you just continue to read posts about this company you'll see. My best advice is to cancel this card immediately because anyone in the company has access to your number. There is no security on your order what so ever. It is out in the open for anyone to see - printed out and just stacked away in a file drawer ....with no lock. This company is an embarassment to Cincinnati, Ohio. I worked there part time and was disgusted! My goal is to help those who have been hurt by these people who are money hungry - and enjoy the life they are living - by scamming others!
