I did not see anything at the time about having to sign up for the $70 a month Managed Direct program when I signed up for a free sample. They did not warn me by email or by regular mail that I had signed up for this and charged my credit card AFTER I received the first shipment in the program, THEN letting me know that I could not get my money back AFTER I received the product. Customer service on the phone were snide to me, acting as if I was the idiot for falling for their scam.

I researched them on the Better Business Bureau and found out that over 900 customers had filed complaints against them over this issue. If I'm such an idiot for not understanding their rules, it must mean 900 other people are just as stupid, I guess. I say RESEARCH companies before you buy from them now! If THAT many people are unhappy with their service it MUST mean SOMETHING is fishy!
