Lifengraved is not the same as the manufacturer Florida

PLEASE READ.  Lifengraved is the company taking the orders and your money.  From what I gather they are a new start up company and appear to not be the swiftest at running it.  SCOTT NEMIRO has a totally seperate business (Advanced Metal Art) and is not associated with Lifengraved.  Lifengraved collects orders and then is ordering their product from Scott who is producing the product not Lifengraved.  I too tried to contact Lifengraved to get an update on my order with no success.  I found a contact for Scott and an email and contacted him and he confirmed that he has my order.  They are so overwhelmed with orders that they are doing late July orders right now.  Lifengraved promised the quick turn around which they probably had no right to do. So if you should be pissed off at anyone it should be Lifengraved not Scott.  Scott can only produce the product that Lifengraved send to him.  My lesson learned from this is that in future I will order straight from Scott at Advanced Metal Art.   No I do not know Scott.  Today was the first time I have had any communication with him.  I promise to post when I do receive my order from July 19th, 2018
