Lifestorage. Com Lifestorage Spring Valley Storage facility robs family of 2 businesses, takes a week to notify you, refuses to report to the police or provide footage, and enters a contract in May without a business license and when Regional promises accountability one day and says sue me Las Vegas Nevada

On May 27, 2014 I saw an ad on Craigslist Las Vegas advertising the Lifestorage Spring Valley location and contact listed as Ashley, Manager. I signed an agreement that was contradictory, as the contract explains that while you are not purchasing insurancebut a protectiin plan listed on the contract in the insurance category. Fast forward to July 18, when I get an email that my unit was broken into and discovered on 7/14/2014.

   The lies begin regarding entry to the unit, pictures, footage, and my request to make a report is countered with that is not our policy, I am in Ca and advise of their corporate fiduciary duty to report the break in, the Regional Manager declines and agrees to meet on July 28th.   

   July 28th, Ashley, the manager at that location and Tyler the Regional Managers witness as the unit is opened that there is a broken lock, and upon inspection,  my husband and I observed over 24,000 of business inventory missing. Tyler stated he would forward the informatiin to corporate, including over 20,000 in business income loss.   Tyler sent me an email later, after I realized our family heirlooms and all family albums lost to go sue...

   August 5, 2014, we were notified that Lifestorage Spring Valley at 9227 w flamingo rd las vegas, nv 89147 had its business license for jini storage suspended/revoked as 2/2014 and the business license they have is only for retail...selling supplies.  

   This information led Tyler to offer $2150 that he sent 2 days ago...not even close to all my emotional distress, business losses, and cherished memories gone forever.
