We contracted to purchase a 6 bdm villa in April 2008. We were promised and received telephone numbers that we could call and make our reservations. Have tried, can't tell you how many times to reach them, to no avail. After sending an E Mail to contact them, we waited ages to get a response from them only to find out that they now tell us that their preferred method of communication is E mail.

We were given numbers to reach them and told that making reservations was only a phone call away, but you can not reach them by telephone. We purchased with 3 other couples, some who are elderly and can't even work a computer, so this is useless to them.

Everything that we were also told is nothing but lies. As of today, 8/21/2008 we have not received any papers, deeds, etc. Nothing! We are still in dispute with our Bank of America credit card that we put our deposits on which was offered by them with a zero percent interest.

We have not received any of the services that we were promised or was in the contract. We rented this villa for our original vacation from someone who gave us their contract for the vacation stating that we would receive golf carts upon availability, unlimited top shelf liquor, fulll maid service, cook, etc. only to get a bill for all of this when we disputed our charge card bill. I can see that we are not the only ones that were part of their freud and lies.

There must be hundreds more out there, that have no idea about this site. I could go on and on for hours writing about their deception, but it would take too long.

We are trying to find a way that we can all communicate so that we can all persue this together. We have tried to investigate the Escrow company located in Florida, again to no avail. It doesn't appear that they are even licensed in the state of Florida in which they must be.

If anyone has any suggestions on how we can all commmunicate, please let us know. We are not going to let this lie. We will not stop until something is done by someone.

They should not be permitted to do this and get away with it. We will get the media involved, the attorney general involved, politicians, Federal Trade Commission (8773824357) or anyone else we have to. We will not stop. Please join us in this fight, don't stop.
