Lifetime Fitness Debited my Bank account without aurthorization or ACH form after I cancelled membership. Dallas Texas

I canceled my Lifetime Membership the day after I signed up because I found a way better gym in the area - Tom Landry Fitness center. More than 8 days later, Lifetime debited my bank account without my approval nor a signed ACH form. When I signed up, I specifically asked for not automatic payments and I was assured that it would not happen. Well it did.

Ive made several attempts to contact the management and have my money returned, but I have received no response.

Go to Tom Landry, their staff is exponentially better.
