I have gone there numerous times, but recently was not available to respond to a confirmation call.  As soon as I could call back, I did, within 24 hours, but was told that it was not within 48 hours and even though I didn't get the message (because of not having a phone and requiring a new one, since mine was not working), the would have to charge me 50.00 to pay for a late fee.  I asked to have it waived and gave my story, but she stated that the computer had already put it in the system and there was nothing she could do.

On top of that, I was already leary when I was told I had some tooth pain that the Dr. couldn't figure out and talked me into a night guard that I had to pay out of pocket, which was useless and didn't help.  Wore it for a couple of weeks and then it didn't help, but on visits afterwards, he could tell it was making a difference.  Spend several hundred dollars on that.

Needless to say, don't go here and get sucked into their practices...find another dentist with some integrity.
