I ordered $194.35 worth of Rag Board from Light Impressions on Jan 24, 2011. I was told that they were backordered. I noticed after a few months, that my Credit Card had already been billed but I had not received my order. I called them many times and got crazy excuses that they were having trouble getting Rag Board from their supplier. I was told to just be patient. It is now Nov. 9, 2011 and they are not answering their phones or emails. I have heard that they are still taking orders on their website, but immediately they send you an email saying the product is backordered. They string you along until it past 60 days, then your credit card company will do nothing. Do not do business with this company or website.
