Never! Ever! Under any circumstance will I purchase from this company again. Paid for expedited shipping which is quoted as shipping time of 5 to 8 days. Placed order on the 12/2 shipped on 12/10 And pkg should have, by thier own guidelines, to have been received on the 18th. It is 12/24 Christmas Eve and still no package which means two children go without a gift from their aunt! Had post office track shipping and it's not scheduled to arrive until the 30th! If u can't keep your word and schedule don't put it in writing claiming with an additional shipping charge that you can. This company obviously has no idea how much children look forward to The gifts at Christmas. I will be disputing this charge with my Credit Card Company, requesting a shipping label at no expense to myself, and be Shipping The Items Right Back For A Full Refund! You are not the only company offering this product! Warning to anyone considering a purchase Don't! Sent from my iPhone

  My name is Anne and I'd like to update a post I posted 12/24/2016. After much prodding I was only offered a refund in shipping after paying for expedited shipping which claimed my package to me by the 25th with 5-8 days expedited shipping and extra cost. In hole it took my package to get to me 25 days. I continued to prod for a complete refund and the following emails (bribes) ensued. Basically the manager offered me a full refund if I would change my rating. I refused. complaint Additional Information Dear Customer This is Fabio, supervisor from Light in the box. I am glad to help. I do understand it will be a Christmas gift. but i do sorry it is got delayed in transit. But as i standard for the

satisfaction of our customers, I will not keep you waiting but issue you a full refund for you. And you can keep tracking with the order, once it is delviered, you may keep it as a free gift from us. company knows very well what the shipping time is from China You also never reveil that the orders are coming from China for that very reason. You are dishonest and I will not be a party to that.
