They will make it seem as if you have ordered from them before and it's a re-order process only. They want you to re-order light bulbs from them. Bulbs that cost over $149.56 each! That's right, but they never tell you how much they are. They will also ask for an address and phone number so they can send you a "special" gift. The only gift you will receive is 24 bulbs that cost in an excess of $1,800.00. They will continue to send bulbs and invoices. Mr. Paul Stanley is a slick talker and likes to talk over you so that you can't get a word in edge wise.
The BBB has over 102 reports of this company and they claim they are no longer soliciting businesses but they are lying. All business has been done on or after their supposed closing date of August 12, 2014.
