I ordered one Platinum TV box on 5 December 2017 by email which they advertised on Facebook as a replacement for Cable and Direct TV. Promised big savings. within 5 minutes of the order my account was charged $152.50.
I immediately sent them an email telling them I only wanted one and would order a second if this one worked as advertised.
I got an email from Tina 10 hours later saying the order was adjusted and I would get a refund within 3 to 5 business days. After several emails and being told several times she would pass it on to billing for my refund nothing came through.
I emailed yesterday but the email address has stopped working and my email shows "not sent". Their chat line with Sara Peterson did not work as they disconnect as soon as you ask for your refund. She said call the support line bye.
It has been 2 months since they promised a refund and I think these people need to be tracked down and put in jail for fraud.
