Bought a Kate Spade polka dot dress from this online consignment shop. Checked their return policy in case it didn't fit. Dress was $140. Got it. Didn't fit. Returned it right away using their printable return label. Three wks go by. No word. Email them several times. They say they have not rec'd this small pkg. Mind you, I mailed a lg. box to France at the same time. The latter kong since rec'd theirs. Liketwice continues to tell me they never rec'd the return. Waiting for the 30-day return policy to run out? I email & ask them that. They tell me it's because of holiday shipping crunch. That was over a month ago now. Still no refund. I then get an auto email telling me an item on my Wish List is now availale. The same dress they say they never rec'd - they're trying to sell me again. So they have my $140 and I have no recourse. I followed their return policy to the letter. They promised when they rec'd the item they would refund me. Now, they send me the re-listed dress and no longer return my emails. This comoany is not registered with BBB. I've taken it to Paypal. They cannot help.
