We bought a 17" Likom monitor 11 months ago. I get no response from Likom; just automated voices. I called Frye's in Arlington, Texas and heard the manager of the store to never give him calls from customers. He switched me to the rebate deskand the gal was rude. I was informed Frye's knows nothing about what happens with the manufacturers rebates. I told her she needed to know. I informed her I want my $50.00 rebate from Frye's or Likom it doesn't matter to me. She said to contact LikomUSA. I told her I guess Frye's was happy because they got their $100.00 from us and we have to fight to get our $50.00 rebate back. She said that's my problem.
I won't buy another thing from Frye's or a Likom brand anything. I hope others do the same.
