I ordered a baby outfit for my daughter from an auction on a reputable page in the beginning of October.  My e-check cleared on October 22 and by December 4, I still had not received it.  I sent several very nice emails to her requesting her to look into it for me and after receiving no answer I filed a dispute with paypal, and I agree, because I was angry sent a nastier email.  She laughed at me in her reply as a careless and rude person.  She then filed tracking information on the dispute and when i checked it it said the tracking number was requested electronically on the 10th but that that didn't mean it was sent.  I have asked her for a refund and she has again not replied.  Lil Bugs Boutique will take your money and not give you your items.  I am not the only person who've had issues with her!!!!  Don't order from her even though her outfits look very cute.  I am out 29- right before christmas and she hasn't sent the outfit still!  I am furious and can't believe that I have been scammed!
