LilacShade has not delivered my order. Its been a month. Internet

I ordered a pair of boots for my girlfriend. Its been about a month and I haven't recieved my product. I tried to email them and get a tracking number, but I didnt get a response back from anyone. 

I let almost a month go by and I started calling...The customer service always goes to voicemail and no one ever calls you back. I emailed someone and they asked for my shipping number from a iphone reply. Then heard nothing from them after the fact. 

I am so upset that I feel like the site is just a fraud and something should be done about this. I have asked someone to call me back and left messages to try and get a refund. I get no response from anything. I am really getting frustrated because It was a christmas present for my girlfriend...and I spent almost $80 on the product. 

DO not use this site ever if you do come across it. They are on facebook and you can look them up on google. Do not, do not use this site ever. They are a rip off and dont want to give you your money back.
