LilHost.com, Mermaidsites.com ripoff promises 10x money back but avoids any emails and gives the runaround Nationwide

I purchased a websited from these people August of 2003 with a promise of a 10x money back guarantee if no money was made with the site. I have since made no money and when I asked for the refund, they give you the runaround and do not respond to any emails if you continue to email them regarding that issue. You talk to live chat and they send you to another email address to send your request to, you send the email and you either get a auto generated response or they just do not respond. These people have had more than one complaint and still they do not respond. They also seem to run under different names, changing them periodically so you cannot find them on the Internet under the name you purchased the item under. IE: I purchased this under MermaidSites@hotmail.com this site is no longer up and running nor can you get emails to them.
