Lili DPH Trading co., Ltd Took money for items that I did not order and sent me the wrong items. PuTianShi Fujian

I tried to purchase the same pair of boots online twice through a website called General Recovery Services (http://www.generalrecoveryservices.com/). I had given my credit card number on both occasions and completed all of the required steps but never received any sort of confirmation notification or email receipt.   

My credit card was charged twice for two different amounts. The first was on March 16th for $149.71 and it is listed as LANYU ONLINE on my statement. The second charge was on March 18th for $153.34, listed on my statement as being from AIP*JSHUIBO DY CO. Ultimately, I received two pairs of cheap sneakers that I did not order from China and have never even seen before and The sender is listed on both packages as “Lili - Dph trading co. Ltd".
