I placed an order with Lillian Vernon online. As you move through the order process, a screen advertising WLI Reservation Rewards Pops up along with a voice and text description of benefits. (My speakers are turned off)At the bottom of the page (part of the flow of the order process), you get a misleading pair of options: 1. Proceed, 2. Is phrased such that you would logically believe you are canceling your order.
There is no specific option to proceed with your order but not get the WLI Reservation Rewards membership. Clicking "PROCEED" continues the order process and automatically enrolls you in WLI Reservation Rewards. I called and canceld WLI and requested a refund. I also reported this "feature" to Lillian Verson Online to have this resolved.
