Jim Hagmaier of Limo Express has dodged us for a year or so now. He agreed to buy (a fairly inexpensive unit) limo from us and did not pay for it; but did take delivery of it. Jim of Limo Express in Memphis TN has avoided service of process by lying to courts about a summons that was posted to his door, though that attempt was a slight delay, our company did get a judgement against Jim Hagmaier and Limo Express.
We've attempted to recover the unit; though he keeps it locked up in his warehouse, which is guarded by a 10 foot fence.
From the reviews online - it appears Jim Hagmaier is a habitual scam artist and has ripped Limo Express customers out of refunds, refusing to give back deposits, and over charging clients; among other things.
If this guy can pull one over on an industry partner - think of the things he is willing to do to the potential retail service user.
AVOID LIMO EXPRESS AT ALL COSTS!
Memphis has many quality limousine provicers - look elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the smooth talking Jim Hagmaier; once he has your info - he WILL screw you over; its just a matter of how.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I PURCHASED A LIMOUSINE FROM A GUY IN OXFORD, MS HIS NAME WAS JOHN WITH OXFORD LIMOUSINE SERVIES I PURCHASED THE LIMOUSINE ON HIS WORD I PAID HALDF UP FRONT PICKED UP LIMOUSINE AND ONCE DRIVING IT BACK TO MEMPHIS THE TRANSMISSION AND MANY OTHER THINGS WENT OUT I TOLD THE SELLER TO COME GET THE LIMOUSINE BUT HE REFUSED THEN I HAD TO CHACE HIM FOR THE TITLE .
SO AFTER SPENDIING $2500.00 ON THE LIMOUSINE THAT THE SELLER STATED WAS IN GREAT SHAPE. ( THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH FOR YEARS SO ALWAYS THOUGHT HIS WORD WAS GOOD. BUT WASNT. SO I TOLD HIM TO PICK IT UP AND BRING ME MY CASH AND HE REFUSED SO AFTER THING HAS BEEN SETTLED ON THIS MATTER BUT THIS GUY IN OXFORD EXECTIIVE SERVIES IS A SCAMMER PLUS I FOUND OUT AFTER WRKING WITH HIM FOR YEARS HE ALWAYS GAVE ME A BOGYS NAME.
NOW HE CLOSED HIS BUSINESS AND WORKING IN NASHVILLE, TN I WOULD WATCH OUT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS OVER 20 YEARS AND HE IS A SCAMMER

PLEASE NOTE THAT I PURCHASED A LIMOUSINE FROM THSI COMOPANY AND PAID IN FULL. THE LIMOUSNE I TOLD HIM TO PICK IT UP SINCVE HE LAID ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION AND THE AC. WHEN I PICKED UP THE LIMOUSINE. ONCE I GOT IT TOWED AND FIXED EVERYTHING THE SELLER WANTED ME TO PAY HIM MORE FOR THE LIMOSINE THAT HE MISLEAD. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SERVED PAPER AND PLUS HE KNOWS WHERE MY BUSINESS ARE HE TRIED TO REPO A LIMOUSINE THAT I PAID HIM FOR.
