Mr Shoff is correct the Arbitrator could not rule in our favor because the contract LLI has you sign HAS NO PERFORMANCE for the arbitrator to rule on. These are exact quotes from the ruling:
6. The arbitrator states: LLI's Dealer Agreement is ownerous and provides no performance standards. DO NOT SIGN IT IS A SCAM
7. Better Business Bureau's Arbitrator states LLI is unprofessional
8. Better Business Bureau's Arbitrator states LLI's drafting of windows were laughable and childish see pic above

Excerpted from a former Assistant Attorney General's letter endorsing Lincoln Logs International.
. . . A former Assistant Attorney General, I asked many questions before becoming a Lincoln dealer. I visited their headquarters, met the staff, saw finished homes built with Lincoln's product, and researched Lincoln's financial status. I am satisfied that Lincoln is a top-notch maker of log home packages. They are good folks, good folks who believe in:
Air-drying logs the slow, natural way;
Ingenuity in the design and cutting of log home packages.
Customer satisfaction, customer choice, and customer control of their total home construction cost. Lincoln sells only the log package. It will not force other materials on the customer. . .
