I too recieved a letter sayin I have won $50,000.00. When I tried to call the number I recieved a recording stating that Bill Cole and Sarah Owen was not avalible. When I tried to call the next day the number was no longer in service. So I then googled the company name and saw many fraud and consumer reports. So DO NOT responed to the letter, It is a scam!!
