I got this letter in the mail stateing that i have won $50,000 and this was my 2nd notification. My letter stated that this guy named Bill Cole(at the bottom) called me gave me the time and date of calling (never happend) FROM LONDON....Letter stated to call a number, but when i call the number the phone says "The person you are calling is not there right now" so i tryed a couple of times it stated the same thing. This letter is so funny it even gives numbers that were drawn and it was given my name. Letter state that there main payment office is located in Columbus Ohio and this is where i would have to claim my prize. The letter also states that not to tell anyone about your winnings and so on....So is this a scam or what.....SCAM!
