Lincon Tech Ripp-Off PA

This will be quick, I am a vintage auto/truck tech. I have worked in the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealership circuit since 1986. I have acheived Senior Master Tech and have done 99.9 of all the factory training Ford offers. I passed it all. Recently I got a helper that has come out of Lincoln Tech. This kid knows nothing. No therory, no tool skills, nothing. We are starting from the ground up. Example, it took him a day and a half to replace a diff on a 2014 Escape. I gave hime step-by-step instructions from the shop manual. This should have taken 4 hours top. It took him 3 hours to set up a truck on the lift. This kid is smart, no mental issues, and frustrated that Licoln Tech taught him NOTHING! He knows NO therory on any system on a vehicle. I taught him more in the last month then he learned from Lincoln Tech in the last 15 months. He has a valid diploma. Why is Lincoln Tech doing this?
