This has got to be one of the stupidest complaints I've seen in a long while.

You got poor grades because of your poor planning and time management. I can't believe you're actually demanding your money back because they didn't consider YOUR personal life before recommending that you enroll.Were you not aware that you had 4 small children and limited spare time? Did you reallythink that someone from the schoool needed to tell you that? At what point are you responsible for your personal life and your educational decisions?

You enrolled in school and got the grades you earned. They have been extremely accomodating in allowing you a free semester to catch up. They could have (and maybe should have) told you to go pound sand. The question should be : Why shouldn't you have to pay the school for their services?Your poor performance is not their problem.

You're kidding, right? As the mother of four small children you already know that your day is busy and chaotic. I would suggest you either get a babysitter, or try taking one class at a time at your local community college. They usually have on-site day care as well. I'm surprised that the college offered you a free semester (which is unheard of, and a VERY generous offer).

You weren't ripped off. You took on more than you can handle. They offered a service, you benefitted from that service, and now you want your money back? If you have $25 to blow on the revenge package, why not put that towards a good babysitter who can watch the kids while you're studying?
