Linda Heimerdinger destroyed my Fourth Amendment privacy rights. Where was the danger that would have justified Probable Cause? There was no danger.
Linda Heimerdinger arrogantly harassed and demoralized my husband because he and I occasionally yelled at our 15 year old rebellious son. As evidence against us for Child Protective Services, she used sneak tape recordings that my son took in the privacy of our home. Linda accepted the secretly made recordings, listened to them along with one of the teachers for an extra witness (Barbara Saunders), then called Child Protective Services. There was nothing in those unconstitutional recordings that would indicate that my son was in any kind of danger, yet CPS took him away.
They did not hear the cries of a child being abused. They caught the sounds of distressed and stressed out parents trying to deal with a very challenging teenager. But some voice raising in a home is not perfect behavior, and they assessed yelling as abuse.
Linda Heimerdinger claimed that she never ever raised her at her own teenagers, therefore we shouldn't have either, and that we had to "change" in order to get our manipulative adolescent back. We never bought into this, because it is a travesty of true Child Protection. It is also a disgrace to Justice.

Who really wants to lose their child? Teenagers have always been rebellious, have always become disgruntled with their parents around age 15. We wanted desperately for our family to stay together. If the system had supported the parents instead of working against us, we could have stayed together. I have not yet met the parent of a teen that did not raise their voice sometimes.

if he is going to take part in setting you up for somthing why would you want him around? Next time it could be worse. Put a little meth in dads sock drawer and call the police. Then good luck getting out of that mess - even if you can get it sorted out it will cost time and stress and tons of $. The other posibility is that you are actually wrong and your son/ the school is correct and you are abusive. Either way it is better for everyone that he is gone. The current situation, whatever it really is, is not working.

This reminds me of another group of government employees encouraging kids to "build evidence" and turn in their parents to the authorities.
It was called the "Hitler Youth Corps." (Hitler Jungen).

I am sorry for what you are dealing with, I would be floored if that happened to me. I have 4 girls, 2 teens and if a teacher ever had one of my kids record our private conversations I would be pissed. I have nothing to hide and I would still feel just like you. This is not right Please check into getting some legal defense. Let schools know they are going to far.
