My family and I rented this property and would like to ensure that any future tenants or potential buyers are fully informed:

-Water damage to flooring of hot water heater
-Hot water heater drains water under the house, not sure of all the critters that feeds
-A/C not compatible for house, owner had someone come to work on it and due to the amount of work needed, she refused to pay-another servicing individual had to be called
-Sagging flooring
-Rotten boards on deck
-Dishwasher not correctly housed
-A/C and furnace are sharing ductwork, when furnace is turned on it blows all the dirt onto coils of A/C unit
-House used more propane than properties of equal dimenesions
-Water holding cell very old, unsure how it is on the inside
-Buckling pergo flooring
-Electrical saftey hazards, outlets pull out of wall exposing wiring
Property was trying to be sold without realtors at high end of listing price.
Contractors who were called to perform maintenance were repeatly challenged on receiving their due payment for quality services provided.

read The Arizona disclosure statements when you buy house are extremely weak people who sell houses can be easily missed lead buyers about the truthful condition of the house..
Question number one, did you buy the house through a real estate agent ?
Question number two did you know that many home inspectors have liability insurance for you can sue the people that did the shoddy inspection if that's the case.
You can post pictures on ripoff report regarding your claim did you know that ? When you post a complaint someplace you need to post pictures it justifies your issues and complaint.
Post a picture of the SPUDs documents. Did the people that sold you the place live in that house or did they just buy it and try to sell it to make a profit ?
