The post above is in retaliation to my post about Money Tree Lead Systems. Check it out on the rip off reports. I received an email from Dillon Dabbs yesterday stating “If you do not immediately remove your complaint, we will be posting similar complaints about you and your business practices in your market.” (his words exactly). Instead of writing a rebuttal to my report about his company Money Tree Lead Systems, Dillon Dabbs has chosen to try and discredit my character, but in fact by writing about me, he has shown the truth about his own character. By slandering me, Dillon Dabbs has proven my point about his professionalism.

My report was to warn others Realtors of Money Tree Lead Systems and my experience with Dillon Dabbs

Dillon Dabbs wrote this post as if he were the victim when in fact I am the one who paid for a system that is useless.

I wouldn't have sign up with Money Tree Lead Systems if I would have known there were HIDDEN Fees of an extra $500.00 a month for advertising with goggle ad words along with the monthly fee Money Tree Lead Systems charges to use their system and the extra MLS fees of $82.00. Dillon Dabbs told me it was a month to month. What he say's verbally and what is on the contract are conflicting promises. My mistake was trusting what he said.

I have been using another Lead Generation company for over 2 years and pay less than $700.00 a month which includes the goggle ad words and their system is much more superior to Money Tree Lead Systems. The website that Dillon Dabbs is trying to sell is a lead generation system that is old school and outdated.

From the beginning, I emailed and spoke to Dillon Dabbs on the phone and he just tried selling me to what was so great about Money Tree Lead System and how many clients he has. After seeing the website I tried to cancel because I was so disappointed in what it did not do, but Dillon Dabbs told me I had to give him 90 days notice, that the month to month started after the 90 days. I told him I was not going to pay him another dime.

The next day I got a phone call from a collection agency that threaten to take me to court and sue me, if I did not pay $24,000. I was not even late for my next payment, which would have been due 30 days after the website went live. I ended up paying another $698. to the collection agency and was told that I was paid in full to Money Tree Lead Systems.  

After this stressful and upsetting experience with Dillon Dabbs, Money Tree Lead Systems and the collection agency, is when I decided I would write my rip off report so that others would at least know how Money Tree Lead Systems and Dillon Dabbs treat unhappy clients who are disappointed with their outdated lead generation website.

If you are considering using Money Tree Lead Systems think about what Dillon Dabbs has done to me, don't think he won't do this to you if you are an unsatisfied client.
