LINDA Scoffin and her son Tom Scoffin run various Vacuum servicing outfits. We been contacted repeatedly. They are very persistent. These people are POSING as genuine Dyson and Kirby Service Engineers. They ARE NOT. They were FIRED BY KIRBY COMPANY yet still take money for servicing unsuspecting customers Vacuums. They were SACKED due to Dishonest Practices for which they ended up in court. Currently being prosecuted by Trading Standards for lots of bad things so stay clear. If you are contacted for a service then STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. They told me my vacuum needed £300 parts when it needed nothing. SCAMMERS Very Dishonest. Will try and sign you up for a monthly maintenance Direct Debit when you don't need one. Have legitimate looking Facebook page for Kirby Service Centre Lincoln but they nothing to do with Kirby hoovers. They write their own reviews on Google KB Midlands
