She sells Banana Republic and Gap items and uses their professional copyrighted photos to advertise her items. However, the items she is actually selling are used, years old, or inferior in some way to those pictured. I bought a cashmere sweater which turned out to be a year older and a different color/style than advertised. If you read her feedback and contact her other customers you will see that this is a habit. She has been a seller since October and 15 of her 80 or so feedback comments note that she sent an inferior, used, or misrepresented product rather than the one pictured.
She is trying to make money off of people through bait and switch tactics. I emailed her immediately when I recieved my sweater, but recieved no communication. I had to file a Paypal claim against her to recieve a refund. I left negative feedback, and she left retalitory negative feedback (as she has done with everyone else) and then immediately sent a "mutual withdraw feedback request." Obviously she was trying to intimidate me into withdrawing my feedback. I hope she learns her lesson, and doesn't scam anyone else in the future.

I am Linda Wyatt. I am a former film exec, a college prof and in Social Media now. I will sue you for implying that I EVER had anything to do with with this one person, whose name probably isn't even Linda Wyatt. All people with this name want you to take this post down now!

My name is Linda Wyatt. There are many Linda Wyatt's on and offline. I have never sold anything on Ebay and never lived in Virginia. I live in Arizona and value my reputation as a network marketer and social media gal (so this post is especially harmful to me as clients who Google me come up with this), former Professor and artist. I have a great reputation and want to keep it.
So everyone should beware about anyone else having the same name.
