This woman has hundreds of listings on Zillow, Trulia, and Forsalebyowner. She posts them and takes them down hours after posting to avoid being caught.
Her listings say: "Please call at : (626) 594-7885, remember when you call please reference this owner property id - 44008179"
The property ID is the same on every listing she posts. When you call she doesn't even ask about the home you are interested in. She's extremely pushy and abrasive. She immediately asks for $300 up front.
Please don't fall for it! I hope she gets caught and goes to jail. Probably scamming elderly out of thousands of dollars.
