Linebarger and E-470 express tolls Colorados extortion highway Rip OFF highway collection service Denver Colorado

I went through colorado in July. In october I received a bill, A SINGLE bill from colorado in amount of 13.90 for tolls I was unaware of having been on toll for and I PAID 13.90. then I began getting collection notices that it was not paid. I called saying I paid this, linebarger stated they couldnt see any payments I called e470 explain that linebarger does not see my payment and refused to take an email copy of my cashed check.  e 470 rep Trish Ray says well yeah you paid this 13.90 for 7-16-16 but not this 3.55 for 7-15-16  I said okay drop the collection fee as I obviously would have paid the 3.55 if I HAD KNOWN ABOUT IT!!! Oh we cant do that. Okay please connect me to a supervisor.

Supervisor comes on well I can drop the 5$ late fee but not the collection fee. I ask can I speak to your supervisor because obviously you all SCREWED UP! Why would I pay 13.90 and not 3.55? It makes no sense! She transferred me to Linebarger!!! No help. No resolution. This entire thing is a scam. they say tolls are clearly marked., I clearly went down roads that did NOT say tolls were involved. There was no clear indication that the ramp had tolls merely indicated that at some point it would be a toll so I got back on highway. all tolls occurred within a 30 minute time frame as I was trying to find a hotel room at midnight. I will NEVER use Colorado highways again. I will drive longer just to avoid their scams.
