Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP Attorneys at Law Law Office or Collection Agency? San Antonio, Texas

I have been reading many complaints against these people from other States. Yes, it is a collection agency. SUPPOSEDLY, they are also a law firm with lawyers who run each office. According to THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT under 807.  False or misleading representations  [15 USC 1692e] 3) The false representation or implication that any individual is an attorney or that any communication is from an attorney.

These people are breaking the law. Not sure if they can be held accountable since the people they are reported to in the various States, are the ones who use this company for collections. Seems the people who get letters from them are in a catch 22 situation with no way out.
