Mayors are corrupt in Illinois and have contracted with above law firms to collect old unpaid debts for red light camera tickets in many states is now unlawful and banned. Illinois local officials are stupid and profit millions off people harassing drivers for money without due process. The whole thing is a scam exposed by Chicago Tribune etc .
