Linebarger Goggan, et Deception and Fraud Denver Colorado

 Shockingly enough, I have had the same issue with this company.  Since July of last year, I have been trying to get my license plate toll statement without success.  This also happened three years ago and at least at that time e470 had someone who had a brain and who cared help me.  An  ywho, I called again today and the CS agent at e470 was rude and not helpful and just forwarded me on to this "collection" agency.  I had the nonpleasure of talking with some young gal who was just reading from a script and when I told her for the 50th time I did not receive a statement, etc from e470 and e470 she told me I would need to go back to them.  Then she told me I owe $1000 and since it is now in collections there is nothing that can be be done.  Again, I changed my address and called them and still nothing. She then proceeded to tell me I already had a payment plan.  WHAT?  Do you know what they consider a "payment plan"?  My monthly statement that I USED TO GET AND HAD BEEN REQUESTING.  She told me since I stopped paying on that plan (IT WASN'T A PLAN, IT WAS MY MONTHLY STATEMENT) she said there is nothing they could do to work with me.  She was young, naive, CONDESCENDING and RUDE.  So I asked her to give me the address to start making payments so I can make sure I have car registration as they told me they were going to ban my registration until paid, and she did not know the address and had to look it up. Just horrible practice and their treatment of the customer is awful.  I hope these people can look at themselves in the mirror because it is a crying shame they are this evil and void of any grace.
