lingeriemart aka Becky Poor customer service ,misleading website Alpharetta Georgia

I have sent numerous emails and have had no response from Lingeriemart. The advertising of their company is extremely misleading , it is over 5 weeks since I paid for my order and I have not even received any details regarding my shipping cost . They asked me 2 weeks after my payment for my ID document due to them not communicating with their customers . They blamed the delay on not having my ID , now its 3 weeks after I submitted my ID and still no response from them.This is very poor customer service .I spent $800 , now it seems like they have blocked my email address because my mails are not being delivered . I have tried 3 different mailing adds sales@lingeriemart.com, becky@lingeriemart.com,rebeccaarapp@gmail.com

Can someone please help or refer me to anyone that can . I actually feel as if i have been scamed by them , are they a legitimate company , all the way in South Africa , I feel hopeless
