Lingo is a pure scam. They advertised for Unlimited international calling with a terms of 5000 minutes per month. They sent me several warning for exceeding 600 minutes per month. After wasting my hours of energy by talking to them it went no where and I finally I had to cancel it because they suspended my account.
Why?
because I exceeded 600 minutes per month. To them 600 minutes per month for international calling is called UNLIMITED. What a scam!!!
This is totally fraud and misleading advertising. Unfair business practice. I spoke with the CEO Mr.Paul and he didn't even sounded he knew what was happening.
They even had wrong customer care number on the advertised page. How poor their concentration towards business.
They posted UNLIMITED word to bring clients, and then they make clients life miserable by sending warning notice and suspending accounts. My cousin also went through the same situation.
My advice, do not go with such a company who plays such a false and fraudulent trick.
