When I started with SunRocket Voip I had a lovely 2 years until they went out of business and then recommended TeleBlend, Inc., which I switched over to last year. In October, my service with Teleblend seemed more like SunRocket went out of business, only to reinvent itself as Teleblend.

To add insult to injury.....SunRockets logo appeared on Teleblends web pageIn March-April of 2007, I went to renew with TeleBlend...paid for one year in advance, and was then notified less than 2 months later, after taking my money for a year of service, that they were "bankrupt". Funny, they never mentioned that fact to me, or suggested they were having financial problems of any kind, when I renewed. The decent thing to to would be tell the truth, and suggest a "month-to-month" fee plan. But nooooo, that was not the case. What's happened to America and its (facade of) "laws"?

Next, at a friends suggestion, he led me to Lingo Voip , since he claimed he used it for business and liked it. Since I'm totally out of Lingo phone service, I can't call him to ask (quoting Dr. Phil)..."how's it working for ya"?

Anyway, Lingo took my money, refused to decipher the difference in the amount I was being billed for monthly (Just $21.95 /mo.) was more like $30.00-$44.00 per month. I've yet to obtain a legitmate explanation or "bill break-down", so I've cancelled with this company and would urge others to do the same. One must receive a complete "break-down" of the actual charges and/or why the price went up so much, month-to-month. Adios, Lingo, (as the Governartor might say) - "I won't be back"!

So, they took my money, over-charged me, failed to provide incoming service, did not teleport my reg. #, then charged me $4.95 extra per month for an additional telephone number without telling me that's what they were doing,, then would not give me an itemized bill, charging me over $10.00 to $20.00 per month over the contract amount (of $21.95 per month).

If Lingo was to rid themselves of their non-customer service people on another continent, the price would go down, the service would go up, and Americans would get jobs back.....idealistically. Well, it was a brief delusion part on my part, I suppose. All the best..
