This company does not tell the truth.
Here is the truth about this company.
Do not pay Detention time! They say they will but when it comes to getting it payroll will lie and give some lame excuse of what you didn't do to be paid.
They keep 2 weeks pay!!!!
Do not pay EMPTY miles
Pay less then short mile

Fuel surcharge does not even cover half of the fuel.
Owner operators do not fuel on Fri or Sat especially if you can't get your trip in by Sat. They take out all the fuel for that pay day which you will get in 2 weeks with luck.

Does not pay layover although dispatch will tell you they do. Payroll MAKE ALL decisions on what you get paid!!! They will short your check and come up with some excuse.

They have breached the contract and they don't care!! The federal lease law says for every load delivered they have to pay within 15 days of delivery. They are not paying according to what the law states.
They charge fees upon fees.
Go to their web site and see what they charge the customer.

After the first hour of detention they are charging the customer $75.00 for each hour of sitting. Never ever tell them you have sat for over 59 min. You won't get the money for detention time anyway, so make sure they don't get any.

NO MILES!!!! Everyone is complaining about this. The most they have is 800 miles per trip and that is going and coming back. That is all teams are getting per week.
This company has been selling trucks and trailers also. When a company holds employees pay for two weeks they are using it to cover their expenses.
They say they are a first class company I don't know what they think they are first class in because its not good.

This is the worse company we have ever had to deal with. I have never in my life witnessed a company like this.
There is not a bit of truth about them in anything!!
Lied about getting plates for the truck too. Said they had them and sent them. A LIE!! Had to wait weeks for current plate, which the truck could not run. Although they still charged monies for services that were not being given.
STAY CLEAR of this company!!!
