Link & Associates, Scott Link Tina Link, Jenny Anglyn, David Miller, Frank Lee The Biggest Swindle in L.A. County Huntington Beach/ Long Beach California

 Scott Link and his wife, Kristina(Tina) Link (Vice Presidenht of the Company), operate a company named Link & Associates. The business also has a DBA firm called WeHelpTax.  THey use these businesses to swindle or defraud the public who are having problems with the IRS.

They are assisted in this swindle by two who claim to be attorneys, Jenny Anglyn and David Miller.  They signed documents with the IRS to acquire the information about my account.  Frank Lee is supposed to be a customer service representative who helps in handling accounts.

After talking with a repersentative, Tim Nelson(who is no longer with the firm) I checked out the company what I thought to be through and carefully before I agreed to a contract fee of $8,100 for We HelpTax to try to settle my tax problem.

All of this started in February 2011.  I allowed link & Associates to debit my bank account for the next nine months under the deguise of tyhem working hard to settle with the IRS. During this time many conversations were held with Tim Nelson and then with Scott Link.  Mr. Link professed that they were working on my account as rapidly as they could and that I should relax and let him handle everything in his own way and in his own time.  He saaured my th everything was going well and they would be hearing from the IRS , "SOON."   MISTAKE #1...GIVE NO FUNDS UPFRONT.

I kept getting the same story each time  I called and talked with Mr. Link.

When I started to demand more action or proof of action on their part and the IRS, Mr Link abcame angry and said he was dropping me as a client and if I didn't like it he "would see me in court".  I am now out $8,100.

A few days later Tina Link phoned me and said she was taking over my account and would get the matter settled with in a week.  Neeedless to say that did not happen.  I checked out the phone number that Tina Link called from and found the address to be a home registered to her at 16911 SAYBROOK LANE, HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA. Check it out on Google Maps.

In the mean time Scott Link has stopped all communication with me, is no longer in the World trade Center, cut off the old phone number, Is no longer accepting new clients, has had the New Listing phone number put to "out of Service". I am not sure if the old Fax number is still with his company but they are 1(562) 983-8003 or 1(888)370-9050.

His residence at 16911 Saybrook lane is being foreclosed on.  Wells Fargo has filed on the house. According what I have found out the house is in default of  more than $100,000.

My Plans are to complete the filing of paperwork with The L.A. Dictrict Attorney's office in hopes they will arrest Mr. Link and His wife for swindling or fraud. Final Thoughts: I think I have been swindled out of $8,100 plus there are alot of people that have been swindled out of large sums of money as well and if there is anyone that is stupid enough, after reading all of these complaints, to give this swindler a dime then tough luck.
