Link tech Solutions Didn't deliver service as promised, charged me after I tried to cancel, and is still harassing me for payment! Internet, Internet

Link tech somehow got my cell phone number and said they were affiliated with Google although not actually a part of Google. They said they would create a website for me and they promised it would show up and remain on the first page of a search. When that didn't happen, I tried to cancel and they made it very difficult for me by transferring me, and then keeping on hold for a long time. The credit card I was using for this monthly charge was lost. So I called the credit card company and canceled the card and had a new one reissued. A month later, a Linktechsolutions rep. called me to tell me their monthly charge had been declined.
I told them I knew that, and that I no longer wished to use their service. They said I still owed them for the final month, and I begrudgingly agreed to pay them to get them out of my life. I gave them my new credit card number and they said they would take care of it. They told me they wanted me to talk to another rep. And put me on hold for 12 minutes! I hung up. A month later they called me again and said I now owe them for 2 months ($118)! I told them I refused to pay, and hung up the phone. Do not use Linktechsolutions For website hosting! You'll never get rid of them!
