Payment for Website and Enrollment Portal . Website turned off. This Complaint is stated against LinkedAgency LLC. and Eric Miller 9820 North Cross Center Ct Suite 140 Huntersville , NC 28078 Email:eric.miller@linkedagency.com . On August 25th2014 Eric Miller and LinkedAgency LLC was contracted as a SUB/Contractor for Messer Financial Group, to set up a website for Cooper Insurance Agency at Healthplanfreedom.org. for the ACA and Third Party Administrator &Private Exchange in NC & SC , and the set up fee paid was $639.90. It was also discussed and contracted, that Eric Miller would supply and set up a portal for Cooper Insurance agency and agents to access the Private Exchange and Federal Market Place. The set up fee for the Portal was $69.95 and a monthly fee of $69.95 for each agent /producers, including the agency seat (Me). Eric Miller could not deliver as promised with the connection to and from the federal market place website for agents of Messer Financial Group and consequently we had to then contract with a different company INSX Cloud. Consequently Eric Miller was upset and arbitrarily, unknown to me, took my website down, causing me great harm in monetary losses. We did contact Eric Miller and made him aware that the website was offline and he said there would be a monthly fee of $40 to keep it online, which was never discussed nor stated in the Contract. We believe this all is the result of Erick Miller (LinkedAgency) not being able to deliver the Enrollment platform to Messer Financial Group in Mint Hill NC and because of that breakdown we should not become the victim of two corporation's dispute. Cooper Insurance's relationship with Messer Financial Group has always been satisfactory with no problems and continues Today. The Business Community and Consuming Public in the Charlotte Metro Area and thru-out North & South Carolina should be made aware of Eric Miller and his Company (LinkedAgency, LLC) as Cooper Insurance Agency is considering a Small Claims Court Action.
